Brockville Ont./ Temple Lodge G. R. C. 665 A.F & A.M Ottawa Ont. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Elizabeth Phillips (Mathers). Loving father of Robert John Charles Phillips and Timothy Allison Phillips RN both of Calmar, Alberta. Dear brother of the late Graham and Beryl Phillips. Bob will be missed by his sister-in-law Dr. Doreen Zaharuk (Macdonald) and late Peter Zaharuk of Port Credit and many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Charles Frederick Lloyd Phillips and Iva Mable Phillips (Hamilton). Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Tuesday from 6 - 8 p.m. the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 10 am Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
