Obituary of Keith Carter

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of J. Keith Carter on Sunday April 6, 2025. Keith is survived by his beloved wife Nancy (nee Ritchie), and his children Keith and Tracy Lynn.  Predeceased by his parents John and Hazel (nee Ellsworth) Carter.  

 By the request of Keith, cremation will take place with no formal gathering at this time.
