Obituary of Betty Hough

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Betty Marie Hough of Maple view lodge at the age of 91. Tuesday April 22 2025. Loving mother to son Brian (Gail). Mom spent 25 years as a Red Cross Homemaker. She enjoyed travelling with her friend Sylvia on bus trips together in her early years. While at Maple view lodge Mom always enjoyed Bingo and live music, weekly. Predeceased by her parents Mansell and Nellie Hough of Maynard.

The family would like to thank the Staff at Maple view lodge for the care over the last few years. Also, Dr Ashe for his support and care in the past.

In keeping with Mom’s wishes a private service will be held.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Brockville Palliative care at the Brockville General Hospital will be greatly appreciated by the family.
