Obituary of Wendy Devaux

It is with deeply saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Wendy Devaux on Tuesday May 6, 2025, at Brockville General Hospital. Wendy is survived by her loving children Jennifer Pratt (Charlie), Jody Karkic (Alex), Tyler Zajacz (Susana), and Michael Zajacz (Marinela). Treasured grandmother of Emily, Addie, Natasha, and Taylor. She is lovingly remembered by her sister Susan. Wendy will be dearly missed by her beloved beagle Peanut and all the ones that came before; Rex, Pebbles, Coco and Zelda. Wendy is predeceased by her parents Patrick and Eileen Devaux (nee Nixon) and her brother Bill Devaux.

As per Wendy’s request, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St., E., Brockville on Friday May 9, 2025 from 10:00 am – 12noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Leeds and Grenville SPCA would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
