Obituary of Richard Arthur Goodfellow

Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday November 29, 2025. Richard Arthur Goodfellow aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Simone (nee Lamer). Loving father of Richard Goodfellow (Lisa) and Deborah Coligan (Mike). Proud grandfather of Kristen Coligan (Derrick), Justin and Adam Goodfellow. Richard is also survived by his great-grandson Leo as well as a sister Donna Marie Deir. Predeceased by his parents John and Francis (nee Whitney) Goodfellow and a brother Jack Goodfellow.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, on Friday December 5 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be at a late date.  In memory of Richard, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.  Messages of condolences may be made online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.
