Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday July 28, 2004. George Albert McNish of Brockville age 84 years. Beloved husband of the former Winnifred (Winnie) Mary Chuter, and the late Lois Margaret Blakey. Dear father of Thomas McNish (Susan) of Cornwall, Douglas McNish (Leah) of Winnipeg. Stepfather of Peter Morrow (Barbara) of Kelowna BC, Susan Hammond of Hamilton, Chris Morrow (Wendy) of RR# 4 Lansdowne, Laurie Carpenter (Allan) of Carleton Place, and stepfather of Joan Morrow of Edmonton. Survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, also a sister Doris Beatty (Robert) of RR# 4 Mallorytown as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Sandra Flaro, 2 sisters Lora Bushfield and Alice Young, a brother Barnett (Barney) McNish and a stepson Terry Morrow. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. east Brockville onFriday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will held in Christ United Church, Lyn on Saturday July 31, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Ingleside at a later date. In memoriams to Christ United Church or Lyn Masonic Lodge #416 would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Lyn Masonic Lodge #416 will hold a memorial service in the Funeral Home Friday evening at 7 p.m. all sister Lodges are invited.
