Peacefully, with her husband of 65 years by her side, at her residence Brockville on Thursday January 19, 2012. Mary Patricia (Graham) Chartrand age 85 years. Beloved wife of Gene Chartrand. Loving mother of Sandra de Châlo St. Mars of Brockville and Lyndee Radigan (Joe) of Southern Pines NC. Cherished grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 3 great-granchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Michael Prate, siblings Samuel Graham, Elinor Stayner, Dorothy Easton, Kay Popejoy and Bill Graham. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. John Bosco Parish on Saturday January 21st, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In memoriams to the C.N.I.B. or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
