Obituary of Ivan Everett Cross

Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital on Monday July 3, 2023. Ivan Everett Cross of Lyn age 94 years. Beloved husband of the late Freda Eileen ( nee Vickery). Ivan was the son of the late Murrill and Eleanor Cross Cherished father of David Cross (Carol), Ann Huntley (Chris), Brian Cross (Sally), and Janet Lundy (Brian). Treasured grandfather of Jonathan Cross (Dana), Mark Cross (Leah), Adam Cross (Ashley), Curtis Huntley (Stefanie), Scott Huntley (Aleksandra), Justin Cross (Krystal), Jordan Cross (Kim), Katelyn Cross, Kyle Lundy (Becca), and Jessica Henderson (Kyle) and great grandfather of 14. Ivan is also survived by sisters Betty Paul and Joan Toupin as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ivan is predeceased by brothers Paul and Donald Cross and sisters Leyta LaMere and Doris Seabrooke.

Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service to Celebrate Ivan’s Life will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2023 in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. IOOF Odd Fellows Lyn Lodge 284 will hold a Memorial Service on Monday at 4:30 pm at the Funeral Home, all sister lodges are invited..
