At his residence, Saturday September 23rd. 2006 with his wife Kay with him. Earol William Torrance of Brockville, (formerly of Oxford Mills) age 83 years. Beloved husband of 59 years to the former Vera Kathleen (Kay) Fitzgerald. Brother of Russell Torrance (Pearl) of Brockville, Theda Clark of Bells Corners and Mary Dixon (Robert) of Ottawa. Brother in law of Grace Snowdon of Merrickville, Roy Fitzgerald (Charlesina) of North Augusta and Bill Fitzgerald (Ann) of Bath. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert Torrance and his wife Teresa Beckett Torrance and a sister Ethel Dynes. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday September 27th. 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oxford Mills Union Cemetery, Oxford Mills.
