Dear Derek, Scott and extended family:
I was sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your dad. I had the privilege of knowing your Mom and Dad in your teen years growing up,when you befriended my son Dan and I would sometimes see them in passing in the subsequent years. Your parents were funny and kind and just good people. I know there is now a void in your lives and coming back to your hometown on this occasion must be so difficult. Please remember you have the support of your family and friends in the days to come. And I am sure your Mom and Dad are smiling down on their sons and wives, grandchildren, siblings and all others who knew and loved them. May the memories you shared in the past as a family bring you smiles and peace in the days to come. Bless you all.
