Obituary of Carl Henderson

Passed peacefully with family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Thursday December 26, 2019. Carl Dobbie Henderson of Brockville age 87 years. Beloved husband of Bonnie (Coulter) Henderson. Loving father of Lesley MacGregor (Alex) and Amy Jones (Greg). Cherished grandfather of Adam and Hayley Jones. Carl is survived by his siblings Lyle Henderson (Carol) and Janice Sloan (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Muirl (Dobbie), his son Craig, sister Margaret Blanchard, brother Kenneth, brother in law Harold Blanchard and sister in law Nora Henderson. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street E, Brockville on Sunday December 29th, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. The Celebration of Carl’s Life will be held in the chapel on Monday December 30th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Carl donations to St. John’s United Church and Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Cardiac Rehab would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
