Obituary of Shelley Blair-Wellard

Entered into rest with family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Monday March 2, 2020. Shelley-Lee Margaret Blair-Wellard of Brockville, age 60 years. Loving mother of Blair and cherished daughter of Marie Blair. Shelley is survived by her sister Tracey, brother Kelly (Janice), a niece Alanna Hough, nephew William Sackett and great niece Madeline. Also survived by her husband Chuck Wellard. Predeceased by her father Harry Blair. Family and friends will be received for a Celebration of Shelley’s Life to be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday March 5, 2020 from 2 to 4 p.m. Private Family Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Shelley, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation I.C.U. or the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation ‘Providence Care’ would be greatly appreciated by the family.
