Sincere condolences to Diane’s dear family in your loss.
I had the pleasure of being a BGH Nursing School classmate with Diane and was fortunate to call her my friend, even sharing a trip to Florida with her and Roy during March break.
Diane was always so positive and happy. She was so admired as a wonderful wife and mother who elected to come join us youngsters in nursing. I will always remember her with love.

I would like to extend my Sincere Sympathy to Diane’s Family on her passing.
We were in the last graduating class together from Brockville General Hospital Regional School of Nursing in 1973…..although our paths have never crossed over the years, I remember her as a wonderful, compassionate, very dedicated student…..I am sure that she became a nursing mentor to many.

Dear Joan and Debbie,
I am so very sorry to hear about Diane's passing. I will always remember her sweet smile and sunny disposition. I know my mom, Aunt Dorothy, was very fond of her. It was so nice to have two grandmothers on Lees Avenue and get to see your Mom, Dad and my Long cousins at "73". So many good memories of my "Clarke heritage". Prayers and thoughts to all the family as you lay Diane to rest. Love, Judy (Liuzzo) Kealey-Gatehouse

Donna, Cathy, Derek and families, my condolences on the loss of your mom. I remember her as a cheerful lady, whether she was supporting Donna at softball games, or Roy, who hired me at Loblaws as a student. She was always so proud of her family.

May I offer my most sincere condolences to the entire family on Diane's passing. Diane was my oldest niece, being the first born of my oldest sister, Edith. I was only a young girl myself when Diane was born, 12 years old, and what a novelty she was.
Even though Diane lived in Brockville and I live in Ottawa, she always called me on Christmas Day and we would catch up on all the news. I will miss those phone calls very much.
May she rest in eternal peace. Love Aunt Joan

When I was a young grad, Diane inspired me to be the best nurse that I could. I also loved hearing her funny and touching stories about life with Roy and her children. In retrospect, her decision to return to school may have played a role in my decision to return to university when my three children were young. I have often thought fondly of her over the years and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sincere condolences to the family.

Sending deepest sympathies to the family. Diane was a great Head Nurse who was always professional and assertive in her role to protect the rights of her patients. She was a pleasure to have worked with and learn from during our years together as Head Nurses on the Geriatric Unit. She will be missed. May she Rest In Peace.
