James O. Barclay
- Founder, Funeral Director

Doreen Barclay - Founder


James received his Funeral Directors Licence in 1962 at Hulse and Playfair Funeral Home in Ottawa. Doreen is a Retired Registered Nurse, she worked at the Brockville General Hospital for over 20 years. Together, they purchased the Johnston - Judson Funeral Home in 1980. James and Doreen have three children, Jill (Murphy), Todd (Barclay) and Bill (Barclay), and six grandchildren.



Todd J. Barclay 
- Funeral Director


Todd started at the Funeral Home in 1990 after he apprenticed at Jerrett Funeral Homes in Toronto. Todd is married to Tina and they have two daughters Tori who is now the Third Generation of Funeral Directors in the family and Tali who is continuing her studies in Social Work.




Wm. Bill Barclay
 - Funeral Director


Bill started at the Funeral Home in 1998, where he did his apprenticeship, he received his Funeral Directors License in 1999. Bill has two children Liam and Cora, Bill enjoys golfing and spending time with his kids. 


Doug Radford - Funeral Director


Doug Radford grew up in Brockville. Once Doug finished school, he and his wife Christine joined his parents in business at Radio Station CFJR. When the radio station was sold, Doug went back to school to become a Funeral Director and was licensed in 1991. Doug and Christine have three grown children, Greg, Fraser and Katrina. Doug joined the Barclay family and Funeral Home in 2012 and is pleased to be serving the families and communities of Leeds and Grenville.




Tori Barclay - Funeral Director


Tori is a graduate of St. Mary Catholic High School, attended Nipissing University and Humber College. In 2011 Tori started assisting her family at the funeral home while still in high school and continued during her post secondary education period. In 2015 Tori realized that assisting the community during their time of need was to be her calling and started her journey towards the goal of obtaining her funeral directors license and joining the family business. Tori completed her internship with Smith Funeral Home in Sarnia, Ontario where she grew and developed her career from an excellent run family business.  She received her Funeral Directors Licence in 2018, becoming the Third Generation of Funeral Directors in the family.
