Dear sister of Effie Cowan of Brockville. Aunt of Lloyd Cowan and his wife Betty, Shirley Cowan all of Brockville, Audrey Cowan of Belleville, Joyce Rigutto and her husband Mario of Brockville, Donald Cowan and his wife June of Ottawa, James Cowan and his wife Margaret of Burlington, Dawn Leonard and her husband Marion of Arizona, Verla Grabriel of New York City and Beryl McDiarmid of Winnipeg. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her parents Brock Cowan Sr. and his wife Angeline Giffin Cowan, 3 brothers Brock, Norman and Bruce Cowan and a sister Breata Cowan. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Tuesday December 28, 2004 from 1-2 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
