Beloved wife of the late Cameron Simpkins. Loving mother of Peter Kippie (Collette) of Toronto, JoAnne Kippie of Brockville. Cherished Nana to Kristopher. Dear sister of Margo Watkins (Ed Malanka) of Brockville, John Millar of Nova Scotia and Valerie Ciccone (Fred) of Georgia. Also survived by a special niece Mallory Watkins and by several other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James and Isabella (Nicholson) Melvin. A gathering of family and friends for remembrances of Norma will be held at 45 Edgewood Avenue in Brockville on Wednesday April 23rd, 2014 from 2 to 5 pm.
