Dear mother of Peggy Helmer (Don) of Brockville, John Kelly (Victoria) of Edmonton, Pam Poulin (friend Harold Westendorp) of Brockville, Terry Kelly of Toronto and Randy Kelly (Sally) of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Nicole, Angie, Shane, Kerri, Tony, Lori, Neale, Janet, Adam and Brittany. Also survived by 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents John Edward Alexander Mates and his wife Harriet Emerie.
