Entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge on Tuesday January 13, 2004. William Donald (Don) Sherman of Brockville age 91 years. Beloved husband of the former Jean F.S. Birrell. Dear father of Larry Sherman and his wife Susanna of Brockville, Bruce Sherman of Hillsdale, Donald and his wife Claudia of Victoria BC, Christina Hagerman and Mark Laroy of Edmonton. Survived by 9 grandchildren Lisa, Allison, Andrew, Liam, Bryne, Kimberly, Jarrod, Mandy, Amy and 3 great grandchildren. Also survived by 2 nieces Doris Gibson and Dorothy Wilson and several cousins in the United States. Predeceased by his parents Morgan and Ethel (Mott) Sherman and a sister Aliene Trussell. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday January 17, 2004 at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
