Peacefully at Sherwood Park Manor on January 2, 2004 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Osborne and loving mother of Elizabeth (Betty) Osborne. She will be fondly remembered by her son in law Robert Hammond and grandchildren Sarah, Hugh and Charles. Survived by her sister and best friend Gladys Lee of Schaumburg Ill. and her sister in law Mary Lewis of Brockville. Also survived by her nephew Bill (Cheryl) Lee and their three children and a niece Heather Lewis. Predeceased by her parents Sarah Louisa Morgan and John Downing, her sister Betty, and brothers Jack and Lawrence. There will be a private Family Funeral followed by interment at Mount Royal Cemetery in Montreal at a later date. In memoriams to the Brockville General Hospital Foundation or the Brockville Community Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
