Peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday April 9, 2009. John Gilbert "Gil" Wilson of Gananoque, formerly of Brockville age 68 years. Beloved husband of Arlene (Lawson) Wilson. Dear father of Lisa Tipper and her husband Ashley and Kathleen Harrall and her husband Glenn both of Gananoque. Loving Poppy of Emma, Zoe and Ryan. Son of Gerald Wilson and the late Theresa (Tessie) Wilson. Dear brother of Tom Wilson (Doris), Neil Wilson (Allie), Yvonne Coughlin (Bill) all of Brockville, Phillip Wilson of Toronto and Chip Wilson of Brockville. Also survived by his in-laws Hayden Lawson (Doreen) of Athens as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Denise in infancy and Louise Herbison. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday April 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, Brockville.
