PLACE, John “Alden” Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital Garden St. Site on Thursday October 17th, 2013, Alden Place of Prescott, aged 60 years. Beloved son of Hazel (nee Adams) and the late Wilfred Place of Prescott. Loving brother of Eric Place (Bev) of Maitland. Cherished uncle of Sharon Pyke (Steve) and Donald Place and great uncle of Tyler (Jessie), Nick and Josh and of 2 great great nieces and one great great nephew. Dear cousin of Lorne Place (Bridget). A Graveside Service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland, on Friday October 25th, 2013 at 1 pm. In memory of Alden, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care, would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
