Loving father of John Brugma (Cindy) of Brockville, Ann Brugma (David Roberts) of Smiths Falls and Dwayne Brugma (Stephanie Ferguson) of Brockville). Proud Grandfather of Sarah La Russa (Chris) of Chesterville, Kody Kelly of Alberta, Maddison Brugma of Brockville and great-grandfather of Tanner La Russa. Ed is also survived by his siblings Mary Graham (Howard) of Brockville and Lyle Birtch (Penny) of Gananoque. Pre-deceased by his parents Stanley and Vera Bessie (Scott) Birtch and siblings Florence Bailey, Doreen Brown, Bonnie Findley, Eldon Birtch, Cliff Birtch, Earl Birtch, Cecil Birtch and Francis Birtch. By the request of Ed, cremation will take place with a celebration to be held at a later date.
