KEMPTON, Douglas Entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge on Thursday September 12, 2013. Douglas Robert Kempton of Brockville age 95 years, beloved husband of the late Muriel (Winters) Kempton, loving father of Diane Young of Napanee and Robert Kempton of Kingston. Cherished grandfather of Adam Young (Kaori) of California, Laura Young (Jay Monaghan) of London, Alison Young (Blair McKenzie) of Bracebridge and Kelsey Kempton of Kingston; and great grandfather of Aimee, Kazuma and Toki. A Family service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville. Interment took place at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Douglas donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
