Loving mother of Peter (Kathy) of Brockville, Susan (Leslie Randall) of Prescott, Stephen (Pam) of Elizabethtown, Jacqueline (Steven) Pemberton of Inkerman and Christopher (Kelly) of Spencerville. Cherished grandmother of Kristin, Sydnee and Alex Kelly, Courtney Randall, Ryan and Joel Kelly, Sierra and Marleigh Pemberton, and Brooke (Mitch Selleck) and Megan Kelly; and great grandmother of Danika and Jaxson Selleck. Dear sister of Joy (late Jack) Penny of Brockville, John (Mary) Foot of Spencerville and Jim (Marg) Foot of Ottawa. Cremation at Jean’s request with no service or visitation. A Celebration of Life to will be held at 51 Waverly Drive in Brockville on Sunday August 18th, 2013 from 2 to 8 pm.
