Entered into rest at her residence on Thursday April 16, 2009. The former Rita Theresa Marie Godin of Brockville age 75 years. Beloved wife of Alexander Ring. Dear mother of Leisa Price-Storey (Andrew), Donald Ring (Trish VanDyk) and Terri Northrup (John Picton) all of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Dayna Beebe (Dustin), Alyssa and Lyndsay Price, Ryan Northrup, Danielle Storey and Colby Picton. Rita is also survived by her great grandson Lincoln Beebe as well as several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in-law. Predeceased by her parents Lorenzo and Dora (Chartrand) Godin, brothers Fernie and Marcel Godin, her sister Collette Cavers and her mother-in-law Marion Ring. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be Celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Monday April 20, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
