Entered into rest, peacefully with her family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site, on Sunday May 5th, 2013, Bernice Gertrude (Scott) Stick of Lyn age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Stick. Loving mum of Nancy Gaskell (William ‘Billy’) of Lyn and Cathy Meppelder (John) of R.R. #1 Brockville. Also survived by her sister-in-law Phyllis Scott of Athens and her aunt Hilda Scott-Davies at Maple View Lodge, Athens as well as several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Newton Charles Scott and Nina May (Tennant) Scott, a brother Ronald Scott and a sister Wilma Baker. Family will receive relatives and friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday May 8th, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
