Paul lost his courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Thursday April 2, 2009 at the age of 53. Very much loved husband of Mary Lou (Baker). Wonderful father to Amy Commodore and Stephanie Sutherland (Bill McEvily). Cherished Papa to his two little granddaughters Ruby and Izzy McEvily. Dear son of Gordon and Winnie Commodore, Smiths Falls. Loving brother to Steven (Kathy) Commodore and Linda (Boyd) Pryce. Paul was loved by his many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Sunday April 5, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Paul's Life will be held at St. John's United Church, King St. East, Brockville on Monday April 6, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment wll follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In memoriams to the Cancer Centre of South Eastern Ontario at Kingston General Hospital would be gratefully appreciated by family.
