Dear father of Paul Empey (Jill) of Belleville, Janet Empey and Ruth Ann Maisonneuve (Leo) all of Brockville. Grandfather of Shawn Empey (Bev), Christopher Empey (Kerri), David Empey (Lori), Kristan Cranley (Steve), Angela Ross (Jerry), Philip Antoniak (Megan), Cory Maisonneuve and Quinton Maisonneuve, John is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, a brother Arthur D. Empey and 4 nieces. Predeceased by his parents Arthur A. and Rosella (Markell) Empey. At the request of John there will be no visitation or funeral service.
