Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Tuesday December 4th, 2012. Charlie Forrest of Brockville aged 71 years. Beloved husband of the former Debbie Harper and father of Kathy Paskevich (Ron) of Alberta, Kim Forrest of Brampton, Les Forrest (Carol) and Eric Harper (Erin) both of Ottawa, Adam Running (Julie) of Brockville and Daryl Sands (Karen) of Athens. Loving grandfather of Laurie Knight (Kent), Michael Paskevich, Jacob Paskevich, Timothy Forrest, Jacob Forrest, Benjamin Forrest, Aaron Forrest, Kayla Peterson, Sean Fraser, Reid Harper, Alyssa Running, Melissa Johnston (Kurtis) and Jeremy Sands. Dear brother of Arnold Warren (Majorie), Mary Ann Leggett (Carl), Faye Conway, Norman Forrest (Judy), Wilma Myers (Charles) and Linda Foley (David). Charlie is also survived by his mother-in-law Phyllis Harper, brothers-in-law Wayne Harper (Kathy), Brian Harper (Kim), and sisters-in-law Mary Smallman (Norm)Carol Code (Mike). Predeceased by his parents Norman and Mabel (Warren) Forrest, sons Kenneth and Christopher, a grandchild Elizabeth Paskevich, siblings Irene, Colin, Georgina, Norma and by his father-in-law Carl “Red” Harper. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday December 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
