Peacefully at home with his family by his side, on October 22nd, 2012 aged 76. Loving husband of Daphne (Devitt). Predeceased by his parents Jean Bouchard and Pauline Remy. Dear father of Farley Bouchard (Ginger) of Brockville, Roxanne Bouchard, Pamela Bazinet (Paulo) both of Ottawa and Paul Bouchard of Brockville.Cherished grandfather of Eric and Mario Bazinet both of Ottawa. André is survived by siblings Rita Darling (Dave) of Maitland, Jacques Bouchard (Betty) of Winnipeg and Jo-ann Edwards (Lorne) of Barrie as well as several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday October 26th. 2012 from 9 a.m. until 11a.m. when Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11a.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
