Passed away on November 7th. 2012 at her home in Cleveland, Texas. Heather Dale (O’Brien) Lowe of Texas (formerly of Montreal) age 45 years. Beloved wife and best friend of R.T. Lowe of Cleveland, Texas. Survived by step-children and step-grandchildren. Beloved daughter of Ronald and Elaine (Harper) O’Brien. Very special sister of Melinda O’Brien of North York, and Jenny Brooks of Milton. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated on November 17th. 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Brockville.
