Entered into rest at his residence on Wednesday July 4, 2012, Ivan Ralph Spicer of RR#5 Brockville age 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Irene (Hick) Spicer, dear father of Sharon Barton (Brian), John Spicer (Sharon) all of RR# 5 Brockville, Joyce Campbell (Doug) of Athens and Larry Spicer of RR# 5 Brockville. Loving grandfather of Martha Bearss (Craig), Brent Barton (Danielle), Amanda Campbell (Bryan), Racheal Campbell, Ashley Spicer (Glenn) and Christine Spicer. Ivan is also survived by his four great grandchildren Hayden, Blake, Cole and Benjamin, his sister-in-law Edna Spicer and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Edna (Manhard) Spicer and his brother Lorne Spicer. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2- 4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday July 6, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Manhard Cemetery.
