William Irwin Newark, husband of beloved wife Rachel and father to Paulette, John, Scott and Denise. A proud veteran of World War II, he returned to his childhood home of Brockville following his retirement from Bell Canada. Bill lived life to the fullest including his most recent service as Chairman of the Peoples’ republic of Brockville Saturday morning coffee sessions where the problems of the world were solved on a weekly basis. A Memorial gathering will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday April 19, 2012 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
