Left us on April 8, 2012 at Cleveland Clinic, Weston, Florida with his family by his side. Ernie is survived by his beloved wife Margaret (Keys), son John (Jenny), daughters Patricia Lunt (Paul) and Kathy McIlwham (Jim), brother Charles (Joan), grandchildren Steacy, Paul, Alexandra, Elizabeth and Carter as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Maude and Allan Farlinger and sister Isabelle. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Maitland on Saturday April 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Christ Church Lords Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Christ Church Lords Mills Cemetery, the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
