Entered into rest peacefully, with family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Tuesday January 24, 2012. Gordon Emmett McCoo of Brockville, age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Melva Grace (Parker) McCoo. Dear dad of Gordon McCoo (Glenda), Kevin McCoo (Lucille), Tracy Rhicard (Tom) and Candy McCoo (Ken) all of Brockville. Loving grandpa of Amber Lathan (Kyle), Alicia Rhicard, Melissa McCoo, Megan Rhicard, Ashley McCoo and Jacob McCoo. Survived by his brother-in-law Ted Parker of New Dublin and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary (Baker) McCoo, a sister Viola Ash and brothers Garnet, Elmer, John and Walter Elliott. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Saturday January 28, 2012 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
