It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Shirley Louise Lyons (Nee Belanger) of Brockville. She died peacefully with her family, by her bedside in ICU Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site. Pre-deceased by her parents Leon Belanger and Frances Fuller. Survived by her spouse Steve Frape of Brockville. Children Jennifer Stotts-Vanderlei (Corey Earle) of Mallorytown, Michael Stotts (Keren) of Kitchner, Stephen Stotts (Jenni) of Brockville, Sarah Frape of Napanee, Amanda Frape (David Gardiner) of Oakville, Rebecca Frape of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Bryce and Brandon Stotts of Cornwall, Draven and Jaxon Stotts of Brockville, Aiden-Skye and Lauren Frape of Napanee, Aileen and Elliott Gardiner of Oakville. Also survived by her stepfather Hal Fuller of Oshawa. As per Shirley’s request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Intensive Care Unit would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
