Entered into rest peacefully at the Sherwood Park Manor on Friday December 30, 2011, Walter Ernst Karl Kloene of Brockville in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Edith (Klingemann) Kloene, cherished father (Vati) to Ursula Ferguson (Don) of Toronto and Carola Johnston (Kevin) of Brockville. Loving Opa to Nick, Heather (Rob), Elisa, Kyle, Ethan and Great Opa to Keaton. Walter is also survived by several relatives in Germany and the United States. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday January 4th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Thursday January 5th, 2012 from 11a.m. -12 p.m. The Funeral Service will be follow in the Chapel at 12 noon with refreshments to follow. A private family graveside service will take place at Oakland Cemetery in the Spring. In memoriams to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
