Entered into rest with family by his side at the Kingston General Hospital, on Thursday October 30, 2014. Gordon Wesley McNaughton of Brockville formerly of Smiths Falls aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Iona (Haley) McNaughton, loving father of Fay Jacques of Brockville, cherished grandfather of Carolee Beaupre (Blair) and Cindy Lou McNaughton Greenhorn (Kelly) all of Smiths Falls and great grandfather of Melissa, Chesley, Cole, Lorli and Anthony. Gord is survived by his daughter in law Sandra Van Dusen (Donald) of Easton Corners, his brother Vern McNaughton of Winnipeg as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Cecil McNaughton, a grandson Gordon McFadden, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday November 3, 2014 at11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Smiths Falls. In memory of Gord, donations to a Masonic Lodge or Eastern Star Lodge of your choice or the Pier Christian Church would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. A Masonic Memorial Service will be conducted by members of the McNaughton Clowns Degree Team, Sunday evening at 6:30 all are invited to attend.
