Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday December 2, 2011. Herbert Wayne Weir of Brockville (formerly of Athens and Frankville) aged 79 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy Elaine (Walker) Weir. Dear brother of Lois Scott of Prescott and Allan Weir of Brockville. Brother-in-law of Glen Keays of Smiths Falls and Margaret Weir of Port Elmsley. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Franklin E. and Daisy E. (Bigford) Weir, sisters Doreen Hare, Goldie Foster, Evelyn Keays, brothers Grant Weir, Ken Weir and sisters-in-law Gail Weir and Velma Weir. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday December 8, 2011 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Glen Elbe Cemetery.
