Entered into rest at Grace Manor, Ottawa on Monday July 25, 2011, Spencer was a Public Servant (retired) 40 years with Department of National Defence in Ottawa. Predeceased by parents: Lennie Elizabeth Trickey (nee Lappan) and John Arlington Spencer Trickey. Special thanks to the Grace Manor staff. Spencer will be dearly missed by friends Glyndene and Lisa Landon, and the Dunlop family. A Memorial Service for Spencer will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 1033 Prince Street Lansdowne on Friday August 5, 2011 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Escott Cemetery.
