It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey William Van Dyke in Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site, on Sunday August 7, 2011 in his 33rd year. Beloved husband of Rayann (nee Mulder) daughter of Ed and Debra Mulder. Loving and proud father of Alannah . Jeffrey was born on August 10, 1978 and was the wonderful son of William Van Dyke (Nancy) of Athens and Mae van der Gailien (Maynard) of Renfrew. Jeffrey was brother and best friend of Sara Mae Billings of Elgin. Predeceased and cherished by Grandma and Grandpa Waite (Ender and Helen) of Renfrew and Geert and Ytje Van Dyke of Brockville. He will be sorely missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday August 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. In lieu of flowers, donations to CHEO would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
