Daughter of the late Frank and Annie (Harrison) Howell. Survived by friends Slvia Anglin and family, Carl Ewart, Ena Campbell and James and Doreen Barclay and family. Pre-deceased by loving sisters Edna O’Connor and Enid Howell and brothers Clifford and George Howell. A Funeral Service for Phylis will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, Friday afternoon May 13, 2011 at 4 p.m. Interment will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Brockville. In memoriams to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully acknowledged.
