Loving dad of Taunya Noel, Shana Doonan (Mike) and Lucas Noel all of Brockville. Son of Dorothy Jenkinson (Chuck) and the late Paul Noel. Grandfather of Breanna, Jada, Dominick, Marissa and Hanna. Dear brother of Irene Smith of Peterborough, Billy and Scott Jenkinson both of Brockville and Paula and Carol Anne Noel. Also survived by his mother -in-law Rita Whitney – McIlvenna (Reg) of Prescott. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service in Remembrance of Carl will be held in the Chapel on Monday June 27, 2011 at 1 p.m. Interment will be at a later date.
