Entered into rest, at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Friday February 18, 2011. Nelson John (Jack) McRobie, of R.R.#2 Mallorytown age 78 years, beloved husband of June (Todd) McRobie. Brother of Mary Lou Hinves (Charlie) of Saint Lazara, QC, and Susan Curry of Brockville. Also survived by sisters-in-law Eileen McRobie of Kingston and Joy Cook (Douglas) of Brockville, a dear friend Dawn Hagerman and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Donald Harry McRobie and Georgina Hazel (Stethem), brothers Donald, William (Bill) and Robert McRobie and a sister Nancy Coon. The Funeral Service for Jack will be held in the Chapel at St. Lawrence Lodge, 1803 County Road 2 East, Brockville on Friday February 25, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In memoriams to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stoke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
