Passed away peacefully on Monday January 3,2011 at the Kingston General Hospital with his children by his side. Loving husband of Lynn, beloved father of Tanya (Mark) and Josh (Sue). Dear brother of Nelly, Kitty, Corry and Jim. He will be sadly missed by his relatives, dear friends and all those who spent time with him, especially Margaret. A retired Air Canada captain and former Dutch air force pilot, Josh Led a full and extraordinary life. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service is planned for the spring. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Cardiac Sciences Unit of Kingston General Hospital would be appreciated.
