Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Tuesday January 13th, 2009. Donald Charles Cooke of Brockville in his 78 year. Beloved husband of the late Violet Phoebe Watson. Dear father of Sharron Cooke of Vancouver, Dianne Sauve (Pierre) of Orleans and John Cooke (Cindy) of Lansdowne. Loving grandfather of Chantale and Angie Sauve and Liam and Meaghan Cooke. Also survived by his special friend and companion Jackie Wills of Brockville. Predeceased by his parents John Cooke and his wife Elsie Toewes as well as two brothers Bill and Sam and a sister Marion. Relatives and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Saturday January 17, 2009 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment will be at a later date.
