Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital Charles St. Site, on Thursday July 24, 2014, George Leonard Hurst of RR3 Brockville age 70 years. Predeceased by his parents Leonard and Lorna (Anderson) Hurst. Beloved husband of Sheila Ballantyne, dear father of Michael Hurst (Joanne) and father of Lorelei Wilder. Sadly missed by his granddaughter Katrina Balzer and her father Michael. George is survived by his sister Kathy Marshall (late Glenn) and niece Shelly Bender (Gary) , and nephew Steven Marshall (Shawna) as well as great nieces Kristin and Stephanie Bender and great nephews Taylor Marshall and Cody Marshall (Shannon) and daughter Ava. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday July 29, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
