Entered into rest peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday July 8, 2010 at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site. The former Dorothy Leeder of Brockville aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Deir. Dear mother of Deanna Leeder and Rose Birtch both of Kingston, Tom Deir (Brenda) of Brockville, Mary Deir of Edmonton and Theresa Ross (Gordon) of Brockville. Loving grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grand children. Also survived by a brother Mark Leeder (Liz) of Maitland. Predeceased by her parents Frances and Mary (Shampaine) Leeder. The family also wishes to thank the caregivers at St. Lawrence Lodge for their passion and care shown towards their mother. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Frances Xavier Church on Monday July 12, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Frances Xavier Cemetery.
