Peacefully with her family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Tuesday April 27, 2010. Elizabeth Delilah (Howard) Locke of Brockville age 78 years. Beloved wife of Charlie Arthur Locke. Loving mother of Howard Locke and his wife Jannie of Port Severn. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Connie Locke and her parents George and Annie (Scott) Howard. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Saturday May 1, 2010 from 1-2 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
