Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday December 27. 2009. Marie Rose Blanche Francoise (Fran) Buckmeyer (nee Gosselin)of Brockville, Ontario, age 88years. Beloved wife of John H. Buckmeyer. Dear mom of Lynn A. McCormack of Kanata. Loving grandmaman of J. Andrew McCormack, Jennifer L. McCormack (Barry), and great-grandmaman of Amanda L. McCormack, Lia R.McCormack, and Emma O. McCormack. Also survived by her Godchild a niece Denyse Gervais as well as several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Levi and Blanche Gosselin (nee Rheaume) and her sister Ghislaine Gervais (nee Gosselin). A Gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Fran Buckmeyer will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. E. Brockville on Wednesday Dec. 30, 2009 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon. Interment will be at a later date. In memoriams to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation "Areas of Greatest Need " would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
